Customer Retention Program FAQ
1. How many packages do I have to purchase?
You must purchase a minimum bundle of 25 vacation incentive packages. The price on website is total price per unit of 25.
2. How many people can travel per package?
Each Package is good for two adults.
3. What documents must the guest bring on their vacation?
Passport, voter registration card, birth certificate with raised seal, or certificate of naturalization are the acceptable documents for US citizens when presented with a photo ID on most Caribbean Islands and in Mexico. Children traveling with a parent to and from Mexico require letter of permission from the other parent. When such letter is not available, a notarized letter stating why it is not available is required. Some foreign destinations may require a passport and or visa. Your travel consultant will provide these details when you plan your vacation.
4. Are there any additional costs that the traveler will incur?
a) This package is for round trip airfare for two adults only and does not include resort or condominium stay, meals and any other miscellaneous expenses. Upon check-in, resorts and condominium owners will require an imprint of a major credit card to cover such costs. US travelers traveling to contigious US pay $199 a night, US to Alaska, Hawaii and Central America pay $299 a night, US based travelers to Europe pay $399 a night. Imagine going to Europe for $399 a night for two adults. That's less than $99.00 per person for 4 and 5 star resorts and condos worldwide including airfare.
b) Each travel gift card requires a $99 dollar deposit - completely refunded once the vacation is completed.
c) Guests are required to pay room tax which ranges from $3-$17 per night. (This is a government regulation for all travel incentive packages out there).
5. How much time does the guest have to activate?
Guests have 60 days to activate from the issue date. This allows us to predict how full the resorts and condo will be. (Issue date is date of purchase or date you want to distribute the travel gift card packages. For example, a promotion beginning in January 1st, the issue date would be January 1st.)
6. How long does the guest have to complete their travel?
Guests have one year to complete travel from the activation date and a travel planning delay of 60 days is needed.
