What does incentive package look like?
Unlike our competitors, we do not ever make you or your customers sit thru a timeshare presentation. Our vacation incentive packages are also not the pay one fee and print off as many as you like. These are 2 star hotels. What good is a product that requires a timeshare presentation and you loose customers. We believe your customers are important to you and would never suggest such a questionable product. Our employee motivation product is full color 22 page booklet not a paper certificate.
How many packages do I have to purchase?
You must purchase a minimum bundle of 25 vacation incentive packages.The price on website is total price per unit of 25.
How many people can travel per package?
Package is good for two adults. Two children (under 18) can accompany your guests at absolutely no charge.
What documents must the guest bring on their vacation?
Passport, voter registration card, birth certificate with raised seal, or certificate of naturalization are the acceptable documents for US citizens when presented with a photo ID on most Caribbean Islands and in Mexico. Children traveling with a parent to and from Mexico require letter of permission from the other parent. When such letter is not available, a notarized letter stating why it is not available is required. Some foreign destinations may require a passport and or visa. Your travel consultant will provide these details when you plan your vacation.
Are there any additional costs that the traveler will incur?
a) This package is for hotel accommodations only and does not include transportation, airfare, meals and any other miscellaneous expenses. Upon check-in, hotels will require an imprint of a major credit card to cover such costs.
b) Each certificate requires a $50 dollar deposit - completely refunded once the vacation is completed.
c) Sunday thru Thursday check in is free. Weekend check in there is a $25 surcharge per room.
d) Guests are required to pay room tax which ranges from $3-$17 per night. (This is a government regulation for all travel incentive packages out there).
How long does the guest have to complete their travel?
Guests have one year to complete travel from the activation date and a travel planning delay of 60 days is needed. When you give your incentive packages to your customers, you will fill in the issue date. The issue date is the date you give these packages to your customers. Your customers have 60 days to activate their incentive package and decide where they want to go. From the activation date (date your customer activate their package, they have one year to complete their vacations. Any date can be the issue date.
For example your company wants to run an incentive promotion to bring traffic into the store. The promotion runs January to Mid February. You would fill in the issue date during this promotional period. Your customers would activate their vacations within 60 days of promotion and within 12 months they would complete their vacation. If you have incentive packages left over from promotion, these can reused for the next promotion. These packages do not expire prior to activation.
How much time does the guest have to activate?
Guests have 60 days to activate from the issue date. This allows us to predict how full the hotels will be. (Issue date is date of purchase or date you want to distribute the Vacation of a Lifetime packages. For example, a promotion beginning in January 1st, the issue date would be January 1st.)
What is the retail value of these certificates?
The approximate retail value of the accommodations is $110 to $674 depending on the location, hotel availability and time of year traveled.
Is there anything else I should know?
a) Myrtle Beach destinations are not available during June, July and August.
b) You may not use this package in conjunction with any other promotional program unless authorized in writing.
c) Only one package per household per year may be used.
d) This program is for promotional use only and is non-transferable, cannot be sold to the end user without expressed written consent and cannot be redeemed for cash.
What is the catch?
No catch. Just good old fashioned value and honesty with no catches. We provide value and a fair price. We believe if you like our products you will recommend them to your friends and family. Word of mouth advertising works great. We have been in business since 1988 and have seen many companies come and go, if you don't like our product you will let us know.
