| FAQ
1. Do your vacations include timeshare presentations?
Never! Absolutely none of our vacation incentive packages include any high pressure timeshare "pitch fests." We proudly stand behind this promise. Many other companies sell vacation packages which include timeshare presentations, but they will deceitfully not state it in their policy.
Here a some of the warning signs to look for in the fine print of other companies selling vacation packages:
- Must be a husband and wife traveling together
- Must have proof of income
- One must be employed
- Some will actually say "may be offered the opportunity to view our wonderful facility..."
If you want your guests to enjoy their vacation, rather than sit through painful timeshare sales pitches where they lock the door and don't let you leave... then avoid doing business with any company that includes terms like the ones above.

11. Why are you not a better business bureau member?
The Better Business Bureau offers a paid membership ($465 a year minimum) to businesses that wish to take part. However, what consumers may not realize is that the BBB regulates your compliance procedures, your refund policy and the way you do business. Even worse, if you do not comply exactly how they want or to their specifications they will give you an unsatisfactory record.
The Better Business Bureau will not list information about a business if they are not a member. What does this mean? When a customer calls up to gather information, the Better Business Bureau will state "we have no information of that company" in a negative derogatory manner.
Being in business since 1988 and selling to large and small companies we have built a reputation for being a business that operates with integrity and 100% customer satisfaction in mind. If customers have issues we have 24 hour customer service and resolve any issues internally. If you're still not convinced, please see the list of clients we have done business with along with some of their testimonials.
