Your condo card provides access to condo rentals worldwide at below rack rate prices.We contract with the top resorts, buying large amounts of space, condos and villas for every week of the year. What you get is a beautiful Condo or Villa, with full amenities at the resort of your choice, at the time your want to go, for less than the average timeshare owner pays for a yearly maintenance fees. In addition you won't pay $30,000 for the property for the same week, at the same location every year. We give you choice of destination without ownership.

We provide online booking, reservation confirmation and payment options. Confirmations are provided to customer via phone/fax/mail or email. Your satisfaction at our resort partners is guaranteed.

When are these properties available?

We suggest you plan ahead as some locations will sell out quickly, so you can enjoy the resort location of your choice when you want it. If the properties is listed, they are available.

Is this another timeshare presentation?

No this is not a timeshare. Our company was founded on a no timeshare policy. You will vacation at the resort for the week.

Do we paying a booking fee to use our condo card?

Absolutely not. No. There are no booking fees. You see the exact price for 7 night stay. The price you see upon activating your condo card is the price you pay for the accommodation. Price listed is per booking not per person.

During our vacation can we book other vacations?

Yes, absolutely. You can book as many vacations as you like. Of course, they are based on availability.

When is check in?

Check in is mostly 5:00 P.M. and check out is 10:00 A.M. in most cases.

How many packages do I have to purchase?

Your minimum purchase is just 1 Sales Incentive Program Condo Card.

What is the age limit?

At least one person who is renting a condo must be 21 or old and have a major credit card. United States travelers need proof of citizenship and photo I.D. (passport, birth certificate of copy of birth with raised seal). Resident aliens need an Alien Resident Card. Aliens need a valid Passport and valid U. S. Multiple Re-entry Visa. Resident aliens and aliens must contact the appropriate consulate to inquire about necessary travel documentation.

Are there any additional costs that the traveler will incur?

Guests pay accommodations for 7 nights at their choice of one of our 1,000,000 weekly rentals. With our condo cards condos can be booked for 30% savings. Price per condo with our condo card range from $500 to $1400 per week.

Our condo rental card provides access to online database. Upon activation of your condo card, you receive an average savings of $300 or 25% off regular condo rentals. Condo rentals average $20.00 to $50.00 per night per person. Guests are required to pay room tax (this is a government regulation for all travel incentive packages out there).

We alert you to Condo Hot Weeks when special condos are available from $275.00 to $875.00 per week

Ex. Condo rental for $1200.00 a week in Puerto Valletta, Mexico. With our condo card receive condo rental for approximately $730 a week. (Save 30%). Puerto Valletta as a Condo Hot Deal rent it for $375 a week. This specific condo sleeps 4. $375//7 nights/4 people =$13.39 a night per person. A huge savings. Spend a week in Mexico for $375.00

Ex 2. Rent a condo in Virginia: Retail price $1058 a week, with our condo card $750.00, rent condo with hot deal for $625.00. This specific condo sleeps 6. ($625/7 night/6 people=$14.88 per person for 7exotic nights.

What are your Terms and Conditions?

Resort condominium facilities vary by destination; some may be high-rise, low-rise, studios, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom or town homes, etc. Once you activate your condo card and are redirected to a secure website, you will be able to search over 1,000,000 weekly worldwide rentals.You will be able to see what each property offers, dates available and number of people allowed to stay at specific property.

Your travel consultant will inform you of the charges and conditions associated with additional occupancy including children. Most resort condominiums allow children to share a room with an adult at no extra charge if the existing bedding is used.

How many vacations different destinations can I book per year?

You can book as many different vacations destinations as you like for yourself and your family. Since you will save up to 70% on each condo rental, we encourage you to travel as often as possible.

Condo card owners are eligible to purchase multiple seven-day double occupancy vacation accommodation packages at over 1,000,000 weekly rentals worldwide. Condo cards are good for 12 months. Condo cards are eligible to be re-activated annually and must be done within 30 days of the annual anniversary date of original purchase.. You can also purchase a lifetime membership with no yearly activation fee incurred.

If lost or stolen original issued condo cards can be replaced for 50% of the current sign up purchase price. Saturday check in and check out are standard. Destinations are subject to availability. Once your reservation(s) have been confirmed your vacation offer will become non-refundable, making your purchase FINAL.

If, for any reason you cannot travel on your confirmed reservations, all funds will be forfeited. We recommend that you research airfare prices before choosing to travel and never purchase non-refundable airline tickets until your accommodations are fully confirmed. It is your responsibility to provide a valid passport or visa, depending on which country you visit.

Additional Taxes and Fees

Condo cards are valid for accommodations only. It does not include food, beverages, certain taxes (including, but not limited to transient occupancy tax, energy surcharges, international taxes or fees), gratuities, transportation, service charges, resort deposits or incidental expenses. These items will be paid upon check-in or checkout at the host property.

You are solely responsible for payment of any applicable taxes, gratuities, personal expenses, utility charges, security deposits and other fees or charges levied by a resort and/or provider of accommodations for the use of amenities and facilities.

Terms and Conditions

Travelers will have one year for unlimited use of card. Annual renewal fees will apply. Travelers are responsible for Government Taxes and Processing Fees. At least one traveler must be 21 years old. Additional cards may be purchased and can be used as a gift and are fully transferable. Vacations and pricing are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for any fees that are collected by any distributors or other entity. We do not assume any liability for damages, expenses or inconvenience for loss, injury, death or damages to any persons or property at any hotel, airline, ships or in transit to and from said hotel, airline, ship or for any delays, cancellations or acts of GOD. We assume no responsibilities for any verbal or written representation made in conjunction with this offer by an agent and or their agents other than those included in this offer
