How can we do this? What is the customer's cost to use the 20 destination vacation offer? A $12.00 registration fee and room taxes of less than $12.00 per night depending on the resort city selected. That's an average of just $9.00 per person per night for 1st class accommodations in their choice of resort cities. Customers are guaranteed to receive their requested travel dates when booking reservations 60 days in advance and not selecting holiday weeks,weekends or conventions. We guarantee that you will receive deluxe hotel accommodations in the city of your choice, or your registration fee will be refunded. How far in advance do I have to book reservations? All reservations on this offer must be booked at least 60 days in advance, a condition required by the participating hotels, and stated on your certificate. Your only cost will then be just a fee of less than $12 per night to cover room taxes. Discount rates starting at $35 per night, depending on city selected, are available if booking less than 60 days in advance. What is the name of the hotel I will stay in? There are hundreds of hotels used in this promotion. The booking agent you get assigned to will book your room at one of the participating hotels. They hope that you will return as a paying customer if you are satisfied with their property. In Las Vegas, the number one destination, all accommodations are booked at one of several major hotel casinos. In other cities hotels such as Wyndham, Howard Johnson, Ramada, Quality Inn and Suites, Crowne Plaza, Holiday Inn, Red Carpet, Fairmont, Clarion, Sheraton, Hampton Inn, Comfort Inn, Hilton, Harrah's and many others are used in this promotion. Does the customer have to purchase airfare or attend any sales presentation to receive this offer? NO. What are the blackout dates on these vacations? The week before or after any major holiday. Weekends also require a small surcharge. Some hotels may not be available during a convention. How long does the customer have to use the vacation once I issue it? The certificate you give the customer has no expiration date. Once the customer orders the reservation form by sending in the certificate you gave them, they have 1 year to travel. HOW CAN WE MAKE THESE VACATION OFFERS? It's simple. We are a room broker and we pre pay for these rooms at a very discounted rate. We give the customers their 1st visit for just a $12 registration fee and room taxes of less than $12 per night at a major hotel casino or deluxe hotel in other cities. Then we offer these same customers specials throughout the year at the same hotels. For instance, In Las Vegas we are now offering 8 days and 7 nights, center strip, in December for a total of $140 to all our old customers. Every time we run a special, we get hundreds of re-bookings. This is where we earn our money. We book at hotels of very high quality in order to get our customers to re-book in the future as a paying customer. Our hotels in Las Vegas are all major hotel casinos and in other cities we offer a class of hotel such as Doubletree, Hyatt, Marriott, etc. What type of rooms are available in the other resort cities? Since we deal with so many hotels as a room broker, we can only guarantee that the customers will receive deluxe accommodations. Remember, we make no money unless we can rebook the customers as paying customers for future travel. Can I order more than one 3 day 2 night vacation certificate? Yes, you may visit several different cities within a 12 month period, but you cannot visit the same city twice, for free rooms. This is where the room broker earns his money. You will have the opportunity to revisit all cities at a rate less than what the hotels charge, by booking through the room brokers for future visits. Can I use 2 certificates back to back for 4 free nights? No! Anyone caught using two certificates back to back or in the same city within a 12 month period will have their reservations cancelled. Valid for adults 21 and older. Transportation, meals and room taxes are not included. Holidays, weekends and travel within 60 days require a surcharge. Not valid for conventions or any group travel. Only 1 certificate may be used per family, per city in any 12 month period.
