1. How many packages do I have to purchase?
You must purchase a minimum bundle of 25 vacation incentive packages.
2. How long are the cruises?
This offer is valid for a 3, 4, or 7 night cruise for two adults (double occupancy required).
3. What type of cabin does the Company Loyalty Incentive include?
Accommodations are for an interior entry-level cabin. Upgrades to a more spacious cabin with outstanding ocean views are available for a minor surcharge.
4. What is the age limit?
To be eligible for this offer, passenger(s) must be 21 years of age or older with a major credit card. United States travelers need proof of citizenship and photo I.D. (passport, birth certificate of copy of birth with raised seal). Resident aliens need an Alien Resident Card. Aliens need a valid Passport and valid U. S. Multiple Re-entry Visa. Resident aliens and aliens must contact the appropriate consulate to inquire about necessary travel documentation.
5. Are there any additional costs that the traveler will incur?
a) There are $259.00 per person (3 night), $299.00 per person (4 night) $499.00 (7 night) per person port charges, applicable taxes, administrative and departure taxes. Government taxes extra.
b) Certificates have a $99.00 activation fee
c) For travel September thru December there is no surcharge.
d) For travel during peak season (Jan-April) add surcharge of $99 per person
e) When traveling high peak (May thru August) add surcharge of $199 per person
f) Additional charges will be incurred for Mexican Riviera and Alaskan cruise. (limited availability)
g) Airline tickets, airport transfers and miscellaneous expenses are not included. This offer is for the cruise only, however, airfare is available and may be purchased through us.
h) Cabins for third or fourth persons, when available, must be purchased through us at the published brochure rates from specific cruise lines.
6. How much time does the guest have to activate their cruise certificate?
Guests have 60 days to activate from the time they receive it (this allows us to predict how full the flight/hotels will be).
7. How does the guest activate their cruise certificate?
They must complete the registration activation form included in the package and return it via US mail prior to the activation deadline date shown on the registration form.
8. How long does the guest have to complete their travel?
The offer expires 12 months from the activation date. All travel must be completed by that date.
9. How much advanced notice is needed to book the cruise?
A minimum of 90 days advance notice is required to process the reservation request. Port charges, government taxes, and applicable processing fees must be received immediately once the request has been made for the selected sailing date.
10. Is there anything else I should know?
a) Only one travel offer per household may be used in a 12 month period.
b) This offer is not valid for groups and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional travel package. It is important that you do not leave for your cruise until you have received written confirmation, since cruises are booked accordingly to the availability of our allotment of staterooms.
c) This program is for promotional use only and is non-transferable, cannot be sold to the end user without expressed written consent and cannot be redeemed for cash.
d) This offer is void where prohibited by law. No other representations, oral or otherwise, are valid in conjunction with this offer. The yellow box on the registration form must be completed by the participating sponsor to validate this certificate.
e) We are not to be held responsible for any act of God, and/or other circumstances beyond its control, causing the cruise to become unavailable. We reserve the right to substitute the components of the offered vacation and varied itinerary should circumstances so require.
f) We assume no responsibility for any verbal or written representation (including terms and conditions) made in conjunction with this gift certificate by any person, agent, entity, or distributor other than those in writing contained in this gift certificate as set out herein and this is the entire agreement and cannot be modified except by a written document.
