Getaway for Two FAQ

1. How many packages do I have to purchase?

You must purchase a minimum bundle of 25 vacation incentive packages

2. What documents must the guest bring on their vacation?

Passport, voter registration card, birth certificate with raised seal, or certificate of naturalization are the acceptable documents for US citizens when presented with a photo ID on most Caribbean Islands and in Mexico. Some foreign destinations may require a passport and or visa. Your travel consultant will provide these details when you plan your vacation.

3. Are there any additional costs that the traveler will incur?

a) Guests must pay hotel, resort, or condo accommodations for 7 nights  at destination of their choice*.  Price for contiguous US destinations is $199 per night. (Customers departing from contiguous US and traveling in contiguous US).

Alaska, Hawaii, Central America and other destinations outside of contiguous US pay just $299 per night.

Guest residing from outside of contiguous US to any of our 2250 destinations pay $299 per night.

b) Guests are required to pay room tax (this is a government regulation for all travel incentive packages out there).

4. How much time does the guest have to activate?

Guests have 60 days to activate from the time they receive it (this allows us to predict how full the flight/hotels will be).

5. How long does the guest have to complete their travel?

End user has one year to complete travel from the date of activation and a travel planning delay of 45 days is needed.

6. Must I stay at one of your resorts in order to receive free airfare?

Yes. In order to receive the free airfare you must stay at one of our resorts.
