What is the name of the hotel I will stay in?
There are hundreds of hotels used in this promotion. The booking agent you get assigned to will book your room at one of the participating hotels. They hope that you will return as a paying customer if you are satisfied with their property.

In Las Vegas, the number one destination, all accommodations are booked at one of several major hotel casinos.

In other cities hotels such as Wyndham, Howard Johnson, Ramada, Quality Inn and Suites, Crowne Plaza, Holiday Inn, Red Carpet, Fairmont, Clarion, Sheraton, Hampton Inn, Comfort Inn, Hilton, Harrahs and many others are used in this promotion.  We select the hotel.  You select the destination.

What cities are available to pick from?

This vacation incentive is valid for a reservation form, offering you and a guest a 3 days and 2 nights accommodations in your choice of cities above.  This package is for hotel accommodations only and does not include transportation, airfare, meals and any other miscellaneous expenses. Upon check-in, hotels will require an imprint of a major credit card to cover such costs. Guests are required to pay room tax. (This is a government regulation for all travel incentive packages out there).

How many people can travel per package? Package is good for two adults over the age of 21.  If traveling with additional adults/children, additional fees are $25 per night per additional child/adult (regardless of age) and must be paid at the time you submit your arrival dates.

End user must pay $12 activation fee and $23.95 to cover the costs of room tax. This is the only cost associated with this incentive package. Any and all changes and cancellations are subject to $25 fee.

How does customer redeem their vacation:

• They fill out the  back of their vacation incentive form and submit their activation fee.  They receive a reservation request form.
• They mail the reservation request form back to our office 60 days PRIOR to their choice vacation date, a condition required by participating hotels.
• If arrival/check in dates are unknown, simply submit activation fee and register this certificate and then contact our office at least 60 days prior to your vacation departure.
• Once you have been confirmed for selected dates, no refunds will be issued.
• Reservations and travel must be taken within 1 year.  Reservations must be booked at least 60 days in advance.
• Black out dates are 7 days before and 7 days after a holiday.  Myrtle Beach and Daytona Beach areas are not available from June 1 through August 31st. Destination cities may change.
• Dates near holidays and during conventions are usually not available on this special offer.
• Not valid for conventions or any group travel. Maximum number of people allowed per room is 4.
• Weekday check in of Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. Holiday, weekends and  travel within 60 days are available at a discounted room rate.
• Only 1 vacation incentive certificate may be used per family, per city in any 12 month period.
• All customized products are nonrefundable.  These are customized products with your company name and information and not resellable.

We reserve the right to modify or cancel this promotional offer at any time.  We assume no liability for any verbal claims made by others in conjunction with the distribution of this product.  We reserve the right to book in “surrounding areas” during times of limited space availability.  We are not responsible for lost/late/misdirected mail.  Returned checks are subject to a $25 fee.   This program is for promotional use only and is non-transferable, cannot be sold to the end user without expressed written consent and cannot be redeemed for cash.
