Worldwide Resort Condo Cards FAQ
1. How many packages do I have to purchase?
Your minimum purchase is just 25 Worldwide Resort Condo Cards. That's why this package is perfect for smaller businesses as it does not require a large investment. Smaller order quantities are available at a higher price.
2. What is the age limit?
Each condo card is good for two adults. The purchaser must be 21 years of age or older with a major credit card. United States travelers need proof of citizenship and photo I.D. (passport, birth certificate of copy of birth with raised seal). Resident aliens need an Alien Resident Card. Aliens need a valid Passport and valid U. S. Multiple Re-entry Visa. Resident aliens and aliens must contact the appropriate consulate to inquire about necessary travel documentation
3. Are there any additional costs that the traveler will incur?
Guests must pay accommodations for 7 nights* at their choice of one of our 4500 destinations. Price per condo per night is an amazing $99 per night and guests are required to pay room tax (this is a government regulation for all travel incentive packages out there).
4. Can guests use your travel gift cards with this package?
Yes, of course, our Travel Gift Cards are valid with this package
5. What are your Terms and Conditions?
Most resort condominium associations have imposed an arrival date restriction to Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Stays of seven days of less must fall within the condominium association's definition of a week. A five-day stay at Saturday to Saturday condominium may run from Saturday to Thursday or Monday to Saturday, etc. Keep in mind that some airlines require a Saturday night stay. Resort condominium facilities vary by destination; some may be high-rise, low-rise, or town homes, etc. Your travel consultant will provide you with details about the property and facilities you have selected. Your travel consultant will inform you of the charges and conditions associated with additional occupancy including children. Most resort condominiums allow children to share a room with an adult at no extra charge if the existing bedding is used.
6. How many vacations different destinations can I book per year?
You can book as many different vacations destinations as you like for yourself and a guest and since you will save up to 75% on each one we encourage you to travel as often as possible.
Condo card owners are eligible to purchase multiple seven-day double occupancy vacation accommodation packages at over 4500 destinations worldwide. Original cards are issued on a lifetime basis with a 12-month usage period per activation. Condo cards are eligible to be re-activated annually and must be done within 30 days of the anniversary date of the latest activation.
If lost or stolen original issued condo cards can be replaced for 50% of the current sign up purchase price. Destinations will always be Saturday arrival unless specially noted and are subject to availability. Destinations cannot be booked for consecutive seven-day periods. Once your reservation(s) have been confirmed your vacation offer will become non-refundable, making your purchase FINAL.
If, for any reason you cannot travel on your confirmed reservations, all funds will be forfeited. We recommend that you research airfare prices before choosing to travel and never purchase non-refundable airline tickets until your accommodations are fully confirmed. It is your responsibility to provide a valid passport or visa, depending on which country you visit.
Additional Taxes and Fees
Condo cards are valid for accommodations only. It does not include food, beverages, certain taxes (including, but not limited to transient occupancy tax, energy surcharges, international taxes or fees), gratuities, transportation, service charges, resort deposits or incidental expenses. These items will be paid upon check-in or checkout at the host property. Available units with two or more bedrooms may be subject to a $50 per week, per unit additional fee.
You are solely responsible for payment of any applicable taxes, gratuities, personal expenses, utility charges, security deposits and other fees or charges levied by a resort and/or provider of accommodations for the use of amenities and facilities. |
